The Pub Manager is responsible to coordinate, develop, and promote the day-to-day operations of the Pub DownUnder’s food and beverage operations and all outside bar operations for the Students’ General Association by assisting in the establishment of pub policies and procedures, training and motivating student employees and non-student employees, and operating efficiently and effectively.
