About the Customer Experience Clerks
The Customer Experience Representatives at the V-Desk is the first point of contact between the students and the organization. As a staff member, my role is to provide students with information about the SGA, including upcoming events, benefits information and all other services available at the SGA.
Why would I contact the Customer Experience Clerks?
Students may contact the Customer Experience Clerk if they have any questions about their health plan, UPass, activities, etc. Students also might come to the V-Desk if they want to access different SGA services such as games and locker rentals.
