Vous souhaitez créer un club ? La ratification initiale des nouveaux clubs a lieu chaque mois tout au long de l'année. Chaque année, tous les clubs doivent présenter une nouvelle demande de ratification. La re-ratification a lieu chaque année au mois de mars.
