HYGIENE SUPPORT PACKS


The SGA is pleased to introduce Hygiene Support Packs as part of a dedicated initiative to support students who may be experiencing financial difficulty or barriers in consistently accessing essential hygiene and cleaning products. This service is available exclusively to SGA students and aims to promote student well-being, dignity, and equitable access to basic necessities.
Students can request a hygiene pack by completing a short registration form. Once a request is submitted and processed, students will receive an email notification when their package is ready for pickup at the V-Desk. Packages must be picked up within five business days of receiving the notification, and students are required to present their student ID at the time of pickup. If a package is not collected within the designated timeframe, it may be reassigned unless prior arrangements have been made with the V-Desk.
To ensure fair and equitable distribution, this service is available once per semester per student.
All information shared during the registration process is kept strictly confidential. A signed usage statement must be submitted as part of the registration process; however, students who have already submitted this document previously are not required to do so again. This initiative reflects the SGA’s commitment to supporting students’ basic needs in a respectful and accessible manner.
