This space is perfect for a food retailer wanting to tap into the student customer base with a location on campus. In the past the space has been used as a coffee shop but it is suited to many types of cuisines and retailers as the space can be adjusted by the renter to best fit their needs. This space includes the service counter, a backroom area, and a small console table running the length of the wall for customers to sit and enjoy their purchase.
