About the Membership Services Manager
The Membership Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery and continuous improvement of the SGA's membership services, ensuring that students have access to the resources, support, and opportunities that contribute to a positive university experience. This role manages the daily operations of the V-Desk, coordinates student-facing services, and serves as a key point of contact for inquiries related to membership benefits, campus involvement, and SGA programs.
Working closely with student leaders, clubs, staff, and campus partners, the Membership Services Manager supports the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance engagement, foster a sense of belonging, and strengthen the connection between students and the SGA. The position also plays an important role in promoting awareness of available services, improving service delivery, and identifying opportunities to better meet the evolving needs of the student body.
Through collaboration, organization, and a commitment to student success, the Membership Services Manager helps create an inclusive, accessible, and supportive campus environment where students can thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
